Upcoming Nature Events
August 8 - The Marshes of the Park
Come explore the unique features of the park's marshes with a master naturalist. Meet at the kayak launch at 9 am for a hour and a half walk along the trails bordering the marshes.
September 12 - Kid's Nature Art event
Children (ages 3-12) accompanied by their parents are invited to the Playscape area for a variety of nature art activities. The event is held from 1 to 2:30. All children must register through WCP park events. Rain cancels the event.
October 24 - Fall Nature Walk
Meet at the dog park at 9 am for a hour and a half walk observing the changes that fall brings to the park. The walk is led by master naturalists.
